This course is aimed at individuals who want to learn the skills of Lean and Six Sigma outside a workplace setting. The course is run either virtually (Skype/Zoom) or in small groups.

This course is a mixture of presentation, discussion and a practical exercise which is used to demonstrate, what is 'Lean'? The approach, thinking, tools and techniques within the 'Lean' domain are useful in all business environments. We can help you understand how and what you need to do to benefit from understanding Lean. This course uses the ISO 18404 standard competencies as a structure to teach Lean in a business context.
