Simple and Complex Problem Solving - 1 day (£250 + VAT)

 

This course is aimed at individuals who want to learn the skills of Lean and Six Sigma outside a workplace setting. The course is run either virtually (Skype/Zoom) or in small groups.

 

Over the eight years in which I studied for my PhD I collected and reviewed a mass of data on problem solving. During this day, I provide a full overview of my findings and the research gaps which I discovered. These gaps allowed for research and the development of a 4 step problem solving framework, which I will share as part of the day. The day is a mixture of presentation and discussion. Following the training, you will have a new proven approach to problem solving which will give you an edge in problem solving in any business situation.
